This thing called sleep is powerful and important, but of course too much of everything is bad, it is recommended to have 8 hours of sleep everyday lol, i know for some people that is not even possible, especially programmers and geeks, we get to sleep for so little time, but i will advice us to get good sleep too and rest as it is medically proven to boast brain productivity and power, well i have not slept for up to 3 hours in two days and i feel stressed out and sleepy but i decided to still do my write up so as to meet my consistency goal.
Some weeks ago i had some errors on my code and i tried debugging this error for hours but to no avail, well i just slept for a bit and rested , lo and behold when i woke up, i could just see the tiny little line of code that was giving me issue, so i recommend sleep for geeks when they are battling with errors, and some cold pepsi (i like pepsi sha). A little rest would make a huge difference to our health, lets not allow the pressure of the world make us unhealthy, health is still wealth o, 😜😜😜. Now it’s time to sleep. see ya’ll soonest.
