The Blame Party

One beautiful thing i like about Edo state is the weather, the very funny extreme weather, i feel people from this state are naturally extreme too, well that is a topic for another day. Today i decided to sleep for a longer time since i didn’t have a class to meet up, i eventually got up and did the regular morning routine and all, then i looked at my to-do list for today and i said to myself, i should increase the things i wish to do because i have more time today, well i eventually didn’t but i just said in my mind, today i’ll finish all these task even before noon . Fast forward to 22:10 GMT +1, i realized that i didn’t even do up to 60% of the task(don;’t judge me yet, blame the food i ate, it made me lazy) then of course i started to brain storm as usual, and i came up with the conclusion that “it is not who has time that do the job, it is who do the job that do the job” (i feel like a philosopher here and should be quoted ). We most times give the excuse of no time but then, we see ourselves doing so many unproductive things that do not connect to a particular goal we wish to achieve at that moment, we just can’t help it sometimes. Here i am was, with all the time of today i achieved less than a normal week day when i leave the house by 7 A.M and get back by 6 P.M , hmmm not like i want to pass the blame , but the weather today was mad!! Benin is on fire . Right now i am outside my house sitting around the compound typing this and i am still hot, coupled withe the power issues here in the state, as the ibos would say ‘ogadinma’
